2016 goals

Had my first session with a personal trainer on Friday. He had me do exercises I normally don't do and I'm feeling it today. Weight went up over the holidays. Goal is to get down to 210, firm up the abs and strengthen the core. The older you get the harder it is, but I'm going to do my best.

I actually started out 2016 at 240lbs, now down to 228 and getting stronger. So open to all challenges, if I can't beat you now I will sooner or later and the progress continues. :)

Guess it's time to update this. Got down to my goal weight of 210 a few weeks back. Now it is a matter of maintaining that weight and firming up what remains, and adding more muscles in the process. Dedicating to doing it too.
