Several months ago I stumbled across a profile of a MF member ( I believe in California) who had pics of himself wrestling Steeltrap in his profile. When I messaged him to confirm if it was Steeltrap he 1) was amused that I knew who Steeltrap is... and... 2) said that he hadn't heard from Steeltrap in close to 20 years.
I just saw that profile (in 2024) and recognized him immediately. I used to see his pictures in Yahoo! Groups back in 2000 or so. So many memories flooding back!
Back in the day I was SO into SteelTrap’s legs! Those powerful scissors! There was a guy named Robert Cakebread who used to wrestle SteelTrap often and posted many pics back in the 90s. They may still be out there if you do a diligent search.
Does anyone know what happened to Steeltrap (Steve) from the WrestleMen videos ?
He was based in LA many years ago, but haven't seen him on any wrestling sites.
