I am wrestling primarily for the exercise and sweaty fun of it. For me, it's about enjoying the man-to-man contact and struggle. Ideally, a good match will have both men struggling to gain the advantage, practicing holds and escapes, getting sweaty and exhausted and maybe more if the chemistry is right. I'm in great shape given my age and can hold my own against younger opponents. However, avoiding injury is a priority for me and for my opponent. I've wrestled bigger guys, younger guys, more experienced guys, but wrestlers nearer to my age, weight and skill level make for a more fun match in my experience.
