This is a game for three players: one Attacker, one Victim and one Timekeeper. It comprises 7 rounds in which the Attacker places various holds one after another on the victim for a set period of time. The name comes from the fact that the number of holds used in each round decreases while the duration of each hold increases. There is also a rest period of exactly 1 minute between rounds.
Before beginning, the Attacker compiles a list of their 10 favourite submission holds, which they shall use throughout the game.
In Round 1, the Attacker applies all 10 holds on the Victim for 1 minute each.
1 minute rest period.
In Round 2, 7 of those 10 holds will be applied for 2 minutes each.
1 minute rest period.
In Round 3, 5 of those 7 holds will be applied for 3 minutes each.
1 minute rest period.
In Round 4, 4 of those 5 holds will be applied for 4 minutes each.
1 minute rest period.
In Round 5, 3 of those 5 holds will be applied for 5 minutes each.
1 minute rest period.
In Round 6, 2 of those 3 holds will be applied for 7 minutes each.
1 minute rest period.
Finally, in Round 7, 1 of those 2 holds will be held for 10 minutes.
It is the Timekeeper's job to make sure the holds are kept on for the correct durartion and that the rest periods last for the correct time. They can also help remind the Attacker which hold to use next in each Round.
By following this plan, the Victim will be spending a total of 94 minutes twisted in intense, painful submission holds.
