Thanks for the great sessions with the guys I have met recently, especially wetspeedos for great hospitality and torrnado,(he really is) oloyippi,(new, but cool!) and subaqua (wow!).....Not forgetting the return grudge fight with Lomandlad42!! .

Just spent three days instructing in dinghy sailing and have somehow torn or damaged something vital in the knee..Damn! . Need to fight my way back to full fitness.anyone want to assist?! lol . J.
