Well Sat wasn't up to scratch damn swollen throat finding hard to eat food and swallow (not that swallow) !!!
Put down to attend OWG meet in Manchester went along but unable to wrestle !!! still had a great time couple newbies there good to meet you guys !!!! Welcome to the gay wrestling family !! I lie I had a little wrestle with newbie he healing shoulder me swollen throat a light trade of holds good fun !!!!! gonna give me trouble when he is back to full fitness but I look forward to that !!!
Hope this throat improves by Friday Yes Mr you know who you are I'm gonna come on Friday !!!!!! Just need to tone up sat at a desk all day piles on the weight Change of diet seems to be working ( I think ) Lost few lbs so start to work more off Got to get fit for November for trip to US
start weight 11st 10lbs couple weeks now at 11st 4lbs is 6lbs good for couple weeks weight loss ??
