Possible future MF Fight Trips for 2024-2025. Looking for fighting Travelling Companions!
I have the following vacation times free for future MF fight trips:
July 6 - July 19, 2024
September 28 - October 11, 2024
December 14, 2024 - January 25, 2025
I have the following countries, regions, states and cities in mind for these trips:
USA
Port of entry: DFW or LAX
Regions: NE, Midwest, Sun Belt, Rust Belt, Northern CA Bay Area
Cities: DFW, NYC, LA, CHI, STL, Lexington KY
Canada
Southern Ontario
Germany, the Netherlands, UK
I have the following idea in my head:
Bring a MF Travelling Companion along for part of or the whole way.
They need to be:
Someone I already know well
A boxer or wrestler interested in branching out into boxing
Willing and able to share costs, driving load and possibly hotel 🛌 with me
Ready to fight MF opponents along the way with me or separately, to be negotiated
Available at dates indicated above

To answer your first question, no. I travelled to Oregon from Australia in 2004 to meet and fight the man who would become my late husband Harborfighter. He was the only man I met on that trip, although later we frequently travelled together and fought multiple opponents on these trips. That's the program I now use when planning trips to the USA and Europe. I think it's highly unlikely I will ever travel so far just to meet and fight one man again. Harborfighter and I already knew from chatting online and talking on the phone almost every day that we were in love before we met in person. I think that was a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
To answer the second question, for me, travelling to meet new opponents for MF fight meets (actual boxing preferred) to Europe or North America from Australia involves considerable cost, time and risk. I don't operate on an "anyone, anywhere" basis.
