Outdoor gym space in the suburbs

3 volunteers already, I’m inviting all fans of forced workouts and abs punching

Contest with forfeits and challenges, e.g., I’m at the bar and all the guys have 3 minutes total to try to bend me with their punches. They take turns and hit my contracted abs after the workout.

If I let myself bend, I’ll have to do weighted push-ups or take 20 more strong hits

The public is welcome to support us, and maybe one of my friends will record a few videos.

I organized one in Poland once, and it was really nice, competitive, and exciting. People were curious to see it. A show of strength and courage.
