It might mean different things to different people. To me it is a pro match where the winner is usually pre determined. The type of holds to be used in the match can be discussed in advance. The degree of pressure used for a hold is usually less than in a regular pro match. All pro wrestling involves cooperation and competition, Pro fantasy has much more cooperation and less competition. Those are the differences I can think of. Others might have other comments.
