Perhaps it's better if u don't go to a wrestling school, if u could workout holds on a jobber first actuelly, or someone who want's to be a jobber for change, so u get to know all the holds which u could do in a real match with someone who's more experienced instead of applying only the holds u know / your favorite holds.

There really is no better way then to ask other wrestlers to show you and the saying goes practice makes perfect.

I agree with Razor. Just need to get on the mat and start trying it out. Instinctual for many.
Good to have someone experienced to help but can learn together with someone new too - just go easy at first.
