We all come across or hear of stories about fighters and wrestlers - whom we WANT to meet or will STAY AWAY from.
I spent many years in the DelMarVa region on the East Coast - so here are some of my stories.
My sparring was in stasis for many years. Looked at hook-ups but often didn’t proceed - as I carried security clearances and my job was important to me. Did not want to be outed for my quirky fetish.
DC was a world tourism destination, so guys with fighting quirks were amongst the tourists.
Heard stories of Marines from the barracks in SE wrestling and sometimes beating up “fags” in after barroom hook-ups. Sometimes rolling their victims.
A West Texas friend told me about hotel sparring a big 50-ish ex-Arizona State football player in tiny kid’s gloves. This was in DC. Was fun but a quirk for this big ex-jock. No beat-down, just boxing.
Found DC men of color who only wanted to fight white guys.
I wanted to hook up with some Mexican illegal construction workers in a neighboring apartment. Rented under another name. 2 of the 3 pretty muscular. We had talked “boxeo” but they shied away from sparring with an older guy.
Was introduced to 2 guys at a Frederick Keys baseball game by a friend.
They liked to “rassle” and box. With double layers of athletic socks as “gloves”.
Bad vibes - more so when I was told that they were ex-cons who wanted to host and lived way, way out in the MD countryside.
Knew of a guy who liked to wrestle in disposable underwear. He also liked that sex shop edible underwear.
Heard of a guy who liked to spar in his basement - with it tricked out with nothing but red lights for illumination.
Knew a gal’s brother who was a 40ish wealthy gay who liked to wrestle and box at his Ocean City, MD Summer house near the ocean. Had 4 or so friends there who liked it, too.
They started exploring “local talent” for relaxation.
They hooked up high school kids and younger men for “bouts” in his house or backyard.
They betted on bouts, the kids would win “the purse” if they beat their older opponent.
He said that he had heard of something like this on Fire Island.
Spoke with a MD suburban guy who had a ring in the basement of his townhouse.
Played an audio cassette loop of crowd noise when he boxed.
This was the guy who took your trunks for his “wall of shame” if he knocked you out or down in a match. He tacked them up on it.
The first time that I actually heard of cock boxing was in DC. Plastic vizqueen drop clothes used to protect the “ring floor” in the guy’s apartment living room.
Starting seeing guys on-line who “color coordinated” their boxing gloves with their trunks, Speedos or thongs for bouts. Must have taken effort to find green, yellow, silver and orange gloves to match all up.
