This is the hold in which I suffered the back injury which I go on about in my profile and blog notes. Both the heel and jobber must be aware of the stresses which are being placed on the jobber's back muscles and spine. The hold should be applied with considerable care after being talked thru and prepared for thoroughly - as the real Pro Wrestlers customarily do, of course.
Of course we all must be aware of safety concerns, and "safe and sane" are most certainly the keywords, and paramount. We all want our passion to be fun, and we want to be able to go back for more.

Very well articulated. Thank you.

This jobber would love to be put in this hold by a big strong heel!
