Favorite hold is a Guillotine, but it can be hard to put a guy in. But if you are successful, you own him and have all the leverage. I love gradually muscling down, twisting and stretching him until he submits - and he will.
Sleeper Holds are more my goto finisher in most matches. I have several variations that I like - Rear Fig-4, Cobra Hold, Fig-4 Head Scissors. I have good arms so most often use a rear Fig-4. Love the feel as I squeeze my biceps and forearm into his carotids and feel him struggle as I increase the pressure 'til he goes limp in my arms. No arguing about who won.
i stated this wrong .. it wasnt so much about favorite hold... it was about the comparison between whether your favorite hold was your best hold ... oh well messed up...
